Rico G will host a welcome to Dreamtime workshop/event, discussing the energetics of Dreamtime through his own unique journey in this life, and offering some basic energetic exercises to participants. This workshop and event is intended as a beginning point for those who wish to check in, and ground in, to the wonderous energy of the Dreamtime festival. In his words: "Opening with an all out type of environment, where people are expressive and shown that what they put in is what they will get out. This will create the stage for people to start to intentionaly create a state of being that they get to bring to the rest of their lives. We are the light to many, we are the way. We are god experiencing, let this be the weekend that people find who they are and have the tools to create!"

Gather at the Mate Bar for the opening procession of Dreamtime. Bring your offerings to the alter, intentions, and friends! Procession will end at the main stage for the opening ceremony.

7:30 - 8:15 Opening Ceremony: (Main Stage)
Come together with our special guests who attend ceremony with Aboriginal elders of Austrailia, Julianne and Sharna, as well as our dear elders Henry Red Cloud from the Lakota, and Aumrak from Guatemala to sing and dance up the songlines that flow through the earth from the heart of Australia to the land under our feet. Experience a rhythmic earth meditation held in sacred space, co-created in the moment through ceremony, music, chant,spoken word and movement. You are welcome to bring items for the earth altar and percussion and other sacred instruments.

7:00-8:00 Earth Structures: A Shamanic/ Off Grid Building Workshop Part I: Foundation (Empowerment Channel Theme Camp)

Henry Red Cloud, from the Pine Ridge reservation in South Dakota, will be leading an incredible healing experience at this year's Dreamtime sweat lodges. The Four Doors of Wisdom sweat lodges provide four separate rounds of cleansing heat, each with a theme that allows participants to blend traditional Lakota ceremony with their own needs, hopes, prayers and aspirations.
