Guayakí Yerba Mate
The name Guayakí (Gwy-uh-KEE) represents our connection to the rainforest and our commitment to its people. Guayakí is the name of a group of indigenous people living in the South American rainforest where the maté tree grows. Our yerba maté is grown and hand-picked in the shade of the rainforest canopy, then traditionally wood-aged to complement its natural and earthy flavor. For centuries, yerba maté has been shared daily among friends as a healthy and stimulating drink. At Guayakí, we go BEYOND ORGANIC to embrace sustainability, fair-trade, and conservation in every energizing cup of yerba maté.

Guayakí has donated all the mate for this year’s fundraiser, located at the Soule Mate bar. Chilled and hot Yerba Mate Lates will be available for purchase throughout the festival. All proceeds will go back into the Dreamtime non-profit organization.

Madhava Agave Nectar
Madhava has recently introduced an exciting new natural sweetener to its product line -Agave Nectar. This natural liquid sweetener made from the extract of the wild agave, is now on the shelves at many local groceries and natural food stores. Agave Nectar is suitable for any sweetening use. And, it has both organic and kosher certification.

Madhava Agave Nectar will be available to sweeten the Maté Latte at info booth, thanks to Madhava’s donation.

This cocoa is grown in the natural shade of rich, diverse forests. Choosing our chocolate is one way you can help support sustainable forest farmland and the species that flourish there. Since our cocoa is ethically traded, farmers are ensured humane working conditions and a fair price for their cocoa or a fair wage. Endangered Species has generously donated chocolate to our fundraiser in the Soul Mate' Bar this year! Come by and taste the delicousness!
