The next application deadline is the first Friday of September, no later than midnight. Applications not received by the deadline will not be considered.

Review the application Guidelines, Complete the Grant Application and the Progress Report.
THE FORMS BELOW MUST BE SAVED TO YOUR COMPUTER AND OPENED IN GOOGLE DRIVE OR A WORD PROCESSING PROGRAM LIKE MICROSOFT WORD OR OPEN OFFICE BEFORE FILLING, IN ORDER TO SAVE YOUR WORK.

To submit electronically
- Download and complete the application packet per guidelines above.
- To complete the application electronically, you will need the most current version of Acrobat Reader.
- To complete, open Acrobat Reader. Under the ‘Tools’ tab, select ‘Fill & Sign.’ This will provide a wizard that will allow you to save work as you complete it.

Funding Calendar and Contact
