I want to create a form in the shape of a womb which would be emerging out of the earth. This form would be lit from within at night. I would place burnt branches from the site in concentric circles surrounding the form for both contrast and to give viewers the impression that this orb is rising out of the ashes. The piece would reveal the duality of life and death by showing an organic form being born out of the death and destruction caused by the fire.

"Eudemonic Membrane Moves!"

The Reflective Eudemonic Membrane is an art experiment that involves community and expression thru movement, light, reflection, and communication. The project brings together humans - working together, communicating, and creating a beautiful object and experience for themselves and spectators with their bodies. When viewed from either front or back, the Membrane looks like a wall; the space becomes activated participants interact with its sewn-in sleeve, legs, and hoods. Users are invited to experiment with the reflective properties of the membrane. When light hits it at certain angle, it reflects so much light that the installation will visually disappear and become light!

My current works of art explore facets of energy, the force that pulsates through mother earth, the cosmos and all sentient beings. Creating art, I find is a meditative process in which, if all control is surrendered to the will of the universe, one can express the essence of being, the dance.

The Sapphire Portal Center is composed of 3 nested geometric shapes based on the Earth's energetic form: the dodecahedron, the icosahedron and the icosidodecahedron. According to Richard Leviton in his book The Emerald Modem: A Users Guide to the Earth s Interactive Energy Body, the dodecahedron is the Earth's current energetic pattern and the icosidodecahedron is what it is transforming into. By tuning to certain frequencies, this system becomes non-linear dynamic, producing a constantly changing sound.

Flaming lotuses
description:
Flaming Lotuses 3-4' wide lotuses cut out of thick sheet metal, complex multiple layers of graceful petals curving inward and upward to reduce sharp surfaces present or exposed and create amazing interleaving patterns. Anchored 6' above the ground on rebar pedestals (and staked), the middle of these flowers will light aflame using LPG. The unfolding lotus embodies the endless Ocean of Creation. The resplendent and fiery sun god Ra rises from the blue lotus, the abyss of the chaos.
